CLUBS AND ACTIVITIES

Our school offers a range of club activities to encourage creativity, leadership, and team spirit among students. Each club provides a platform for students to explore their talents beyond academics and develop valuable life skills. Active participation in these clubs fosters confidence, collaboration, and a sense of responsibility.

LITERARY CLUB

We conduct debates, elocution, essay writing, and reading sessions for students in both Tamil and English encouraging students to explore their interests and grow holistically. To inspire and motivate students we invite eminent personalities and resource persons from various fields to interact with students through guest-talks, workshops and demonstrations.

SCIENCE CLUB

Hands-on experiments and science exhibitions are conducted to spark curiosity and promote scientific thinking among students. 

MATHS CLUB

The Mathematics club encourages students to view mathematics as fun, logical, and creative. It helps in developing the problem- solving skills, and a love for numbers.

STUDENT MEMBERS

Students from various grades who love solving puzzles, problem, and exploring mathematical ideas chosen as the members of the maths club.  Senior students are selected as President/ Secretary/ Treasurer to lead and manage club functions. 

 

SOCIAL CLUB

The Social club fosters a spirit of social awareness, leadership, and civic responsibility among students. One of the key highlights is the student’s election, conducted in a democratic manner to help students understand electoral processes and leadership roles.

ECO CLUB

The Eco club aims to develop environmental awareness and responsibility among students. Activities like tree plantation and campus greening, cleanliness drives, waste management initiatives are carried out for students to learn appreciate nature and work towards sustainable living. 

ENERGY CLUB

The energy club focuses on creating awareness about energy conservation and the importance of renewable energy. Resource persons from energy departments and related fields are invited to conduct demonstration and talks. Quizzes and poster competitions are conducted for students. 

STUDENT TALENTS - ARTS, MUSIC, AND DRAWING

Students are introduced to various forms of visual art such as drawing, painting, and craft work. Participation in inter-school and district-level art competition is actively encouraged. 

Training is provided in vocal music and our school choir performs during daily assembly prayer, and in all celebrations at school. 

NSS/ SCOUTS/JRC

Our school encourages students and promotes social responsibilities and community service through student participation in NSS, SCOUTS and JRC.
